Ingredients
2 tsps KA-ME Sesame Oil Blend
1 lb. thin sliced chicken breast, cut into strips
1 carrot, cut into matchsticks
1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
1/2 cup KA-ME Oyster sauce
2 tsps. KA-ME Hot Mustard
2 tsps. KA-ME Sriracha Sauce
2 pouches KA-ME Udon Stir-Fry Noodles
Directions

1. Heat the Sesame Oil in a non-stick skillet over high heat

 

2. Add the chicken and cook for 2 minutes2.

 

3. Reduce heat, add carrots, red and green pepper, toss and cook 2 more minutes.

 

4. In a bowl, whisk Oyster Sauce, Hot Mustard and Sriracha sauce

 

5. Pour into skillet, add Udon Stir-Fry Noodles, mix until well coated, stir-fry 2 minutes and serve.
